How to Manifest the Life of Your Dreams

You are creating your own reality every day with your thoughts, feelings, and actions, even if you are unaware of them. As such, it just makes sense to steer most of those thoughts in the direction of the positive rather than toward worry and woe. Whether you consider yourself an optimist, pessimist, or just an everyday realist, there are some key actions and thought patterns you may find beneficial in your everyday life to manifest the life you want to live—the life you deserve.

Take Action

First things first: Are you just daydreaming and hoping, or are you also taking active actions toward your dreams? Think about it: A savings account attracts more money if you contribute to it. A negative thought creates more negative thoughts. If you’re lonely and ask someone to hang out, you’re much less likely to then feel alone than if you just sat at home and only thought about making the call.

Be Positive

Have you ever noticed that your positive and negative thoughts and actions seem to come back to you in some form? A practical online self improvement course may help guide you and put you on a more productive path if negativity is taking up too much real estate in your brain. It may even inspire you to take action on your own goals and think of things in a more positive light.

After all, why not send positive vibes into the world? Even on rough or darker days, you can glean something positive about your life. If you can’t maintain a positive attitude about life most of the time, how can you truly be happy? Even the most curmudgeonly people can find things to be optimistic about—every single day. When you act as your own lifestyle coach, it’s incredible how much better your outlook gets when you focus on even the littlest things that make life sweeter. Want a helping hand? Seek out a lifestyle coach for yourself to help pave the way toward positive thoughts and actions.

Be More Observant

Okay, back to the topic of finances. If, for example, you want more money—like most of us—are you looking for it, or just complaining about how you don’t have enough? When you see a penny on the ground, do you pick it up, or do you brush it off and walk on by? Do you have a savings account and make a conscious effort to put even a little bit of money into it every month? Are you participating in your work’s 401k program? Any time you observe and participate in matters surrounding money, you will benefit from coming at it from a perspective of abundance. It may sound silly, but thank the penny on the ground for being there as a reminder that wealth is all around you. Don’t approach it from a sense of scarcity.

Be Thankful

Thank the soft sheets you are sleeping on. Thank your pillow for being fluffy. You have a place to sleep and a roof over your head—those are things to be enormously thankful for. Even if you are sleeping alone or next to a partner you no longer love, be grateful for literally having a soft place to fall at night. Are you the type of person who writes down or thinks about things they are thankful for? Try it and see if a sense of peace and gratitude doesn’t settle warmly over you.
